My Approach.

I support people who may feel stuck and unfulfilled, are going through life transitions, experience issues in relationships, or are wanting to find deeper meaning and connection in their lives.

I work with adults (18+) from diverse backgrounds, offering a safe space, to explore and express your feelings. I have a special interest and experience in working with those navigating challenges such as: women’s health, peri/menopause, life transitions, creative blocks, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, loneliness, ADHD and ASD and complex trauma. As well as working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and refugees. My practice is open to anyone facing difficulties, not limited to these areas.

In addition to my private practice, I work as an Art Therapist and Trauma Specialist in a Complex Trauma Unit at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. I am a qualified Integrated Psychotherapist and Art Psychotherapist (HCPC registered) with an MA from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education.

My own mixed race heritage means I have an understanding and personal experience of some of the complexities that this brings, I welcome all people from all backgrounds.
