What I offer
Individual Psychotherapy or Art Psychotherapy
I offer weekly in person individual psychotherapy using the arts. These are 50 minute sessions from a quiet space in North West London (Zone 2), as well as some slots online. I support adults and teenagers who may be struggling with: low mood, self esteem issues, anxiety, depression, education worries, life transitions, peri/menopause issues, fertility issues, neurodiversity, trauma and C-PTSD. My practice is not limited to these particular areas.
My Approach
My approach is warm, integrative and incorporates verbal and non verbal ways of working. As well as talking we can use art forms such as: painting, drawing, sculpture/clay, movement, sand tray, and poetry. The arts can function as an extra language helping you to find deeper meaning and expression. Our sessions will be collaborative, and tailored to make sure they benefit you.
Groups and Workshops
I run creative therapeutic workshops from a beautiful space in North London. I also offer bespoke creative workshops to help your organisation and team, play, improve creative thinking, well being, aid burn out and facilate healthy team communication.
